Texas Caviar Dip

3 16 oz can Black-eyed peas, drained
4 avacados diced
2 small can of sliced olives
1 tsp of minced garlic
1/2 red onion finely diced
1 can tomatoes with chiles
1 can diced chiles
8 oz zesty Italian dressing
jalapeno pepper finely chopped if desired
salt and pepper to taste

  3. I took mine to work for our first sidewalk sale pot luck! Everyone really liked it and couldn't believe that the base was Italian dressing. I used Pita chips to eat with it, I really liked it. I do find using the harder avocados are easier for the dip instead of soft, it also looks better!
