Cabbage Salsa

8 Roma tomatoes, diced
1/2 red onion, diced
3 Tbs chopped fresh cilantro
1/2 head red or green cabbage, cut into small pieces
1 clove garlic, minced
1 jalapeno pepper, diced
Juice from 2 limes
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp sugar

Combine all ingredients and chill for a few hours. Serve with tortilla chips.
