No Box! No Bake! Cheesecake

Ingredients

Graham cracker pie crust
8 oz cool whip
8 oz cream cheese
1/4 cup sugar
1 tsp lemon juice ( do not skip)

Blend cream cheese, sugar, and lemon juice until fluffy. Add cool whip mix until smooth.

Plop mixture in pie crust. Smooth out. Place in fridge until ready to eat.

Very easy, but very tasty especially with the lemon juice. I actually put a little more then directed.

No chips Nachos!!

I saw this on Pinterest and added a few of my own adjustments...so yummy!!! Great for summer movie nights. The men will enjoy!! Brandon did and he LOVES his nachos with chips:)

Ingredients:

Bag of sweet mini peppers
Cooked chicken shredded
Taco seasoning
Garlic
Cheese shredded
Salsa
Diced tomatoes
Chopped green onions
( I used about 1/4 cup of pico de gallo instead of  the tomatoes and green onions)
Olives ( optional)
Cilantro (a must in my opinion)

Heat oven to 350. Cut mini peppers in half, cleaning out middle of any seeds, place on lightly sprayed  cookie sheet. Make sure to place close together.

In a skillet sauté minced garlic for couple minutes adding shredded chicken, taco seasoning, and little bit of water. You want the chicken to be covered with the taco seasoning.

Take chicken off heat mix in salsa ( I added Franks red hot sauce for an extra punch) and pico de gallo.

Once they are mixed together start filling your peppers. Finish by sprinkling your chopped cilantro all over your nacho peppers and add your shredded cheese!

Bake for ten minutes until cheese is melted.
