Balsamic Glaze

1 cup of Balsamic vinegar
3 tablespoons of honey (or to your liking)

Heat Vinegar and honey over high heat until it reduces in size, turn heat to low and let it simmer till it thickens. Drizzle over pasta, fish, and any kind of Meat. It is one of my favorites and taste exactly like the sauce at any Italian restaurant. :)

Drunken Noodles

1/4 cup olive oil
Tablespoon (actual eating spoon) of minced garlic
1/2 teaspoon Red Chili Flakes (it is spicy so if you don't like hot use less, if you love hot the recipe actually says to put 1/4 cup, but it made us sweat and our faces turned red) :)
Ground Chicken
1/4 cup of Fish sauce (found in most supermarkets, winco, food pavilion, ridley's, not walmart)
2/4 cup of soy sauce
1 Tablespoon Sugar
2-3 Tomatoes- cut in wedges
2 Green Peppers- cut in slices
1-2 boxes of fettecini noodles

Directions:

Cook noodles in boiling water until firm to bite.

While noodles are cooking heat your pan with olive oil and sautee the garlic and chili flakes for 30 seconds. Add ground chicken and everything but the tomatoes, peppers, and noodles. Once the chicken is cooked add the noodles, tomatoes, and green peppers. Toss getting all the sauce coating the noodles, sprinkle fresh parsley and enjoy!. Fresh french bread is a great side, plus it cools the mouth.

NOTE: I find it is easier to cook everything using a stir-fry pan and using tongs to grab and mix everything. Enjoy, it is one of Brandon's favorite dishes.
